Each year Indian Diggings School District is required to update resolutions pertaining to the following topics:

1. Setting Gann Limits as per state law
2. Setting Bid Thresholds as per state law
3. Re-Affirming our District Conflict of Interest Code
4. Setting sums for liability in Willful Pupil Misconduct damage cases as per state Law
5. Certifying that all students have Sufficient Text Books
